2. What data we collect

When you join the waitlist:

email address,
selected industry / profession (from a list),
page language (set automatically),
date and source of signup,
the content and date of the marketing consent given.

When you visit the site (analytics):

anonymised IP address,
navigation events: page views, referrer source, campaign parameters (UTM).

Analytics operate without cookies and without storing any data on your device.

3. Purposes and legal bases of processing

4. Cookies

The site does not use cookies or similar technologies for marketing or analytics purposes — for that reason we do not display a cookie consent banner. Analytics run in a cookieless mode (data held in session memory, anonymised IP). Only technical files strictly necessary for the security and delivery of the site may be present (e.g. Cloudflare protection mechanisms), which are exempt from the consent requirement.

5. Recipients of data (processors)

We use trusted providers who process data on our behalf under data processing agreements:

Kit (Kit.com, formerly ConvertKit) — USA — operating the signup form and sending emails.
PostHog — site analytics; data stored on servers in the European Union.
Cloudflare — hosting and delivery of the site.

6. Transfers outside the EEA

Some providers are established in the USA (including Kit). Any transfer of data outside the European Economic Area takes place on the basis of an approved mechanism — the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC). PostHog analytics data remains on servers within the EU.

7. How long we keep data

Waitlist data: until the product launches and for 12 months thereafter, after which we delete it if you have not become a user — or earlier, if you withdraw your consent.
Analytics data: in accordance with the retention configuration in PostHog.

8. Your rights

You have the right to: access your data, have it rectified, erased, restricted, ported, to object, and to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal). You can also unsubscribe from any message with a single click.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority — the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, Poland) — or with the supervisory authority of your country of residence, place of work or the place of the alleged infringement.

9. Voluntariness of providing data

Providing data is voluntary but necessary in order to join the waitlist.

10. Automated decision-making

We do not make decisions about you solely by automated means, and we do not carry out profiling.

11. Children

The site is not directed at persons under 16 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The current version is always available on this page, with the date of the last update shown at the top.
